If an Angel Harvester pops a roid but there is nobody logged in to hear it will it still make that bursty noise?

Sounds cool. I just wish I had got back to base to kick off that overnight build before DT rather than waste time tarting about in my new ship safe in the knowledge I could do it after DT.
So many of my problems could be solved if I just acted on hindsight in a timely fashion.
